2011 is the year I am going to come to terms with cooking & eating rabbit meat. Before now it has left a (metaphorical) bad taste in my mouth and I need to learn to love it.
Our land is packed with bunnies, the hedges literally falling down due to the amount of them. Their meat is free, healthy and apparently tasty.
