Door knobs = Kitchen Storage

I found this box of doorknobs a few years ago, and although Jon did that whole ‘face of confusion’ thing when I brought them home, I just knew they’d come in handy.

Box of Knobs!

As our kitchen is the size of a postage stamp, any extra storage space is very welcome. This funny cabinet is perfect as it takes up very little floor space but houses loads of baking & cooking supplies and I can even perch the empty egg boxes on top.

Kitchen Storage

Whilst 4 knobs on each side certainly won’t win it any beauty prizes, we now have even more storage as we hang our onions, garlic, coats and peg bag on them (as well as a few token ‘pretty’ bits!)

Kitchen Storage

I dream of a bigger kitchen, but in the mean time we find ways of living with what we have.
