Is the Beast of Bodmin Dead…?

Beast of Bodmin?

Jon found this skull in our little piece of woodland recently. Too big for a sheep, wrong shape for a cow. We put our money on the Beast of Bodmin ;o)

Look at that fearsome tooth! That must have made eating rather troublesome.

Skull

We seem to be collecting weird dead heads, the plant pot next to the Beast contains two badger skulls. Wonder what the neighbours think…

Skulls

(In less exciting news, Google Images turns up a similar looking skull and reckons it’s a deer. Not half as interesting huh?!)

Don’t know why some people are scared of skulls…I rather like them…they’re interesting!

Ah! So I’m not the only one!

They are rather interesting. I’ve just come home from my adult son’s house and he has a huge goat skull on top of a fishtank and a shark’s jaw hanging from a pot-plant holder in another part of the lounge room(we live Down Under Btw)

Hi Sue, thanks for popping in! A shark skull huh? Ever so slightly jealous although I guess there’s not much chance of me stumbling over one of those in the woods (I hope!) ;o)
