The End of Last Years Chilli Harvest.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to cooking with shop bought, dried chilli powder/flakes. I’ve been spoilt rotten! In our mass clear up of the poly tunnel in anticipation of ‘Harvest 2012’ I cleared up the last of the plants.

The seed packet promised they are ‘The World’s Hottest Chilli’. Not sure about that claim, but they are pretty damn hot!!!

Oh how I envy your homegrown chillies. I dream of a space for a polytunnel. Maybe oneday – who knows.

Have you grown them before Shaheen? You get tones of chillis on one little plant and I’m sure you could grow them indoors on a south facing windowsill. I’ll happily send you some of these seeds if ya like ;)

  2. What are you growing this year? I have just planted som Cheyenne and Demon Red chili seeds! Excited, it’s pretty much the first thing i’ve ever grown!
