Amidst a wonderful day at home

2 Quiche in the oven, a giant pot of meaty base sauce on the stove ready for tonights tea & the rest for batch freezing, pumpkin pie next on the agenda and a giant granola mix ready to go in when the oven cools. Children in Need on radio 2 playing some fantastic tunes, most of the cooking has been accompanied by singing and dancing (both badly I hasten to add!)

Dads treatment has finished although he is terrible pain today (hopefully the last bad day before his body starts healing itself ) and Jonny has just left to go to an interview.

Loving today x

EDIT: Phoned up Radio 2 & donated after writing this post and Rolf Harris just mentioned me live on air!!!

Thank you both, it has been a heart wrenching time to be honest but all we can do now is hope that it's worked and he's now on the road to recovery. Thanks for your kind thoughts xx
