Cultivating Future Foragings…!

We are now in the beginning stages of our cultivated foraging adventure.

Our plot has been dug over several times, all the rank ex-tenants mouldy parsnips have been removed (we hope – it seems they planted little else!) and we have put in our first seeds & tubers. So far we have potatoes, onions and carrots in and we are praying that our naiive excitement is enough to keep the late frosts at bay!
